Register-independent admin utilities. Finda does not import, process or hold the FSPR register — that is ClientConnection's job, done outside Finda.
Geocode existing records (Phase 2 map view)
Catch-up for advisers/FAPs imported before geocoding existed. Only touches rows with no stored coordinates yet — safe to run more than once. Uses a small static NZ place table, plus MapTiler if MAPTILER_API_KEY is configured.
FAP display names (public preview)
While this site is a public preview, every real seed FAP shows a fictional stand-in name everywhere a visitor can see it (search, profile pages, adviser cards, the map, claim forms). The real legal name, trading name and register number are never changed — clearing public_display_name later reverses this in one statement. This section is the internal mapping back to the real names.
